In 2013, Joanna founded Refresh Skin Therapy, a line of natural skin care products. She took Refresh from an idea to distribution, successfully launching over 17 SKUs at major retailers worldwide, such as Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart and RiteAid.
Lisa Malina is a licensed and registered CPA with over twenty years of experience. Lisa has a wide range of experience including corporate, not-for-profit, and public accounting. In 2012, Lisa was honored with the “Women to Watch” award from the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Nominated by her peers, this award honors women who have made significant contributions to the accounting profession and to the development of women as leaders.

Cathy Henry has more than 24 years of sales and marketing experience, including 18 years in medical sales with companies like 3M and BD. She helps emerging healthcare brands develop the strategy, messaging, and commercial foundation needed for growth. From early-stage startups to national expansion, she brings deep expertise in healthcare sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
